Refund policy

Refunds 
Once the seal on the box is broken all purchases are non refundable.

The customer will also be responsible for paying the cost of postage to return the item. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Info@pensiveplay.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
